When given publicly, this presentation takes approximately 1.25 hours to deliver. It comes in three formats:

    • Macintosh PowerPoint 4.0 version gives you all information on slides and in the notes in a modifiable form. It is 1.7 megabytes, uncompressed. Windows PowerPoint versions 4.0a and later can open this document, but you may need to send some images to back.

    • Acrobat version gives you a copy of the notes, which inludes the slides.

    • Outline version, in HTML, will give you the basic content of most of the slides. Some charts will be missing, but this will give you a good idea of what the presentation would look like before you download it.

  • Juice Safety Information. Much of this information was originally developed for the press but is very applicable to consumers wishing to learn more about the issues of unpasteurized juices.
