This is an assay for protease
activity in cryosupernatant plasma. And I have
it here simply to show you that using
cryosupernatant plasma would be of benefit from
the point of view that it contains the same
amount of protease activity as does plasma. So
there's no reduction in the concentration of the
protease in the cryosupernatant plasma.
