      Again, this is a poor quality echo. I'm afraid some of the really good tapes were inadvertently erased. First is the same view as I showed before so again the same thing, the left ventricle very poorly contracting, and the right ventricle slightly better, but really just awful. This is the one from about 36 hours.
      And we just have to play this through. I'm sorry, I can't speed it up. Come on, come on, come on. Surgeons are never known for being patient, you know. And if you want to see impatient you should see a surgeon as a patient.
      This is just the same thing with technicolor and -- and it just shows some of the flow patterns. I don't want to go into that now. Now this is later, this is with the recovery phase. Look at the left ventricle now, you can see it moving, see it change its shape. This is somewhat after but it's quite representative of how she recovered.
