      So just to try and refocus, because it really is an important topic, in those who escape the obvious and severe neurological deficits, again, these are the ones measured at the time of discharge, little information is available on the prevalence of clinically important abnormalities in cognitive, academic and behavioral function.
      This information, as I am sure every one of us in this room would agree, is extremely important for clinicians and for parents of HUS, children with HUS.
