DR. LINGWOOD:
      This is VT1 staining of the bovine colon in the GI tract, and what you see is this brown color here. This is different stain and equivalent to the green in the kidney sections I showed you before. The brown means positive receptor expression.
      And these cells here, these circular structures, are actually the crux or the base for the villi in the colon.
      So Gb3 is present in the bovine GI tract.
