is dedicated to advocacy of foodborne illness prevention.
This is done by cooperating with the public, media, government,
and scientific community to address food safety problems and
work to correct them. S.T.O.P. is committed to raising awareness
of food safety issues through it's policy postions, public
comments, speeches, and testimony.
