      I'm not going to go through this because it's fairly complex and I'm running out of time, but what we think is that CD77 (Gb3) is involved in the mechanism by which B cells -- cells respond to antigen. The toxin actually kills off these cells. And so that's why you don't generate an effective antibody response during infection.
