      CD19 is the primary B cell differentiation antigen and it exists in all B cells. And this is the N-terminal extracellular domain of CD19. And what is shown in pink here are the amino acid sequences that are related to verotoxin. This is a big surprise. There are these regions that are looped out by these disulfide linkages which bring these regions close together so that CD19 actually binds Gb3 on the B cell surface.
