      Whereas the cell which is not very sensitive but still has the same amount of Gb3, it targets the toxin inside to this area here. The nucleus, which you can't see, is just here, offset, and here. So the nucleus is completely negative and this labeled structure here is the Golgi.
      So in the cell which is not too sensitive, the toxin is internalized to the Golgi but not to the nucleus. And in the cell that is highly sensitive, the endoplasmic reticulum and nucleus are targeted. If you treat the Golgi treating cells with butyrate, then these cells now target the toxin instead to the endoplasmic reticulum in the nucleus and this correlates with increased VT sensitivity.
